【Electric Clothes Rack】:Standard RC ceiling with power supply already reserved on site.

The basic installation fee for the heater and electric clothes rack is NT$3,000. (Additional charges may apply for remote or mountainous areas.)

If the machine is out of the one-year warranty, there will be a service and inspection fee. If parts need to be replaced, additional charges will apply.

Repair schedules depend on the technician’s availability, and appointments will usually be arranged after contacting the customer in advance.

If your remote control isn’t working, the batteries may be low, or the pairing settings may have been reset.

1. Replace the batteries with new ones and try again.
2. If the issue persists, follow the instructions in the user manual to re-pair the remote. You can find the manual under Product Information > Select Product Category > Choose Your Model > Download Section.

The unit automatically tracks time and reminds you to clean the filter every month. If "ERR5" appears, it means it's time to clean the filter to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the device.

How to Reset the Reminder:

• Quickly press the power switch on the unit twice OR
• Press the STOP button on the remote control five times

For models F1B / F1W / H1W:

1. Press and hold the power switch on the unit for about 3 seconds until you hear a long beep.
2. Press the LIGHT button on the remote control.

For models G1W-R / G2W-R

1. Press and hold the power switch on the unit for about 3 seconds until you hear a long beep.
2. Press the STOP button on the remote control.
